About the Role
Are you a teacher looking to transition into a coaching and curriculum support role? nXu is seeking a Curriculum Implementation Support Advisor to coach educators in implementing SEL, purpose-driven, and career development curricula. This fully remote, short-term consulting position (8-10 months) offers the potential for permanent hire, making it an ideal opportunity for teachers ready to move into instructional coaching and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual coaching to educators integrating nXu’s curriculum into their schools.
Guide and support curriculum pacing, instructional best practices, and student engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partnership support systems and enhance educator success.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of classroom experience (middle or high school).
2+ years of teacher coaching and/or professional development facilitation.
Experience teaching social-emotional learning, identity development, or whole-child education.
Preferred:
Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly BIPOC students and students from low-income backgrounds.
Knowledge of culturally responsive teaching and equity-driven practices.
