About the Role

Are you a teacher looking to transition into a coaching and curriculum support role? nXu is seeking a Curriculum Implementation Support Advisor to coach educators in implementing SEL, purpose-driven, and career development curricula. This fully remote, short-term consulting position (8-10 months) offers the potential for permanent hire, making it an ideal opportunity for teachers ready to move into instructional coaching and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual coaching to educators integrating nXu’s curriculum into their schools.

  • Guide and support curriculum pacing, instructional best practices, and student engagement strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partnership support systems and enhance educator success.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of classroom experience (middle or high school).

  • 2+ years of teacher coaching and/or professional development facilitation.

  • Experience teaching social-emotional learning, identity development, or whole-child education.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly BIPOC students and students from low-income backgrounds.

  • Knowledge of culturally responsive teaching and equity-driven practices.
