Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality instructional materials and lesson plans for 6-12 ELA.
Create curriculum prototypes, templates, and project proposals aligned with research-based best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lesson accuracy and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, curriculum design, or a relevant field.
3+ years of ELA teaching experience (grades 6-12).
Experience developing curriculum and instructional scaffolds for multilingual learners.
Preferred:
Experience with digital education products and tools (Slack, Google Drive, Microsoft Office).
Spanish fluency (not required, but a plus).
