About the Role
Amplify is hiring a Lead Professional Learning Specialist (STEM) to coach, train, and develop K-12 educators in implementing high-quality STEM curricula. This role is perfect for experienced teachers, instructional coaches, or school leaders looking to make a nationwide impact by delivering professional development and coaching teachers in best instructional practices.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate professional development sessions (remote & onsite) to train teachers in Amplify’s STEM programs.
Coach & develop a team of 20-40 educators to deliver exceptional PD experiences.
Analyze and track teacher performance using session feedback, data, and coaching conversations.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of K-12 teaching experience
2+ years of instructional coaching experience
Strong knowledge of math, science, or literacy instruction best practices
Experience delivering professional development for teachers or school leaders
Preferred:
Experience using Amplify programs
Background working with diverse student populations (ELL, SPED, Gifted)
