About the Role

Brightwheel is hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist to train and support childcare providers in adopting their platform. If you're a former teacher or educator with strong communication and problem-solving skills, this role allows you to help early education centers streamline their operations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ accounts, guiding childcare centers through the onboarding process.

  • Motivate customers to adopt Brightwheel quickly and address objections with strategic solutions.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide high-touch customer support via phone, email, and video calls.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management.

  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workflows.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills.
