About the Role
Amplify is seeking experienced educators ready to step into a leadership role supporting teachers and schools across the East Coast. This position is ideal for transitioning teachers or instructional coaches who love professional development, facilitating learning, and leading others. You'll help shape literacy instruction and coaching practices nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-impact, remote and onsite literacy professional development sessions for educators and school leaders.
Coach, train, and mentor a cohort of 20-40 Professional Learning Specialists (PLS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch professional learning and share customer insights.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of PreK–12 teaching and 2+ years of coaching experience
Expertise in literacy instruction and adult learning best practices
Strong tech skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Google Meet)
Preferred:
Bilingual
Familiarity with Amplify programs and diverse student populations (ELs, SPED, Gifted)
Experience as an Amplify Professional Learning Specialist
