Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with district tech and curriculum teams
Lead technical onboarding, data integration, and roster setup for large school districts
Collaborate with internal teams to solve technical challenges and improve customer experience
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years in technical customer support or EdTech
Ability to travel up to 50%, based in Texas near a major airport
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or EdTech experience
Familiarity with Clever or ClassLink integrations
Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and SaaS platforms
